BLOSSOM THROUGH WRITING by Daniela Pescuma offers three kinds of services/products, therefore our refund and returns policy may vary. Please read below for information on each kind of service/product . If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

1. Digital Products for Download (PDFs or audios)

This kind of product is for personal use only. Please do not resell/redistribute. Due to the digital nature of these products, instant download items don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact us about any problems with your order.

2. Memberships

You have 7-day money back guarantee when you subscribe to a membership programme (recurrent money payment). Also, once you are a member, you can cancel at any time. Please note that once you have cancelled your membership, you will lose access to the member’s portal and Facebook groups once the month ends.

3. Courses

3.1 Live courses and workshops/webinars

You can receive full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours of the event going live. You can cancel by emailing us at info (at) danielapescuma (dot) com.

3.2 Pre-recorded courses and workshops/webinars

You have 7-day money back guarantee when you buy a course with us. You can cancel by emailing us at info (at) danielapescuma (dot) com.

Refunds

Once your cancellation and refund request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
